At Felicity Nannies, our agency fees are designed to be transparent, fair, and reflective of the care and expertise we invest in every placement. From the moment you register with us, we dedicate time to understanding your household’s needs, carefully sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting thorough background checks, and supporting both you and your chosen professional throughout the process. With our flexible working hours to best suit your families schedules. Our fees ensure that our meticulous searching, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and guiding you through employment arrangements is handled with the highest level of attention. We aim to make the entire experience smooth, personalised, and confidently managed from start to finish.
Transparent & Competitive Fees
Felicity Nannies offers clear, competitive pricing tailored to each family’s needs. Fees vary based on role, hours, and experience level. Fees are due once a contracted agreement between client and candidate has been completed.

Permanent Placements
17% of the candidates agreed gross annual salary
Temporary & Maternity Bookings
€300 per week (minimum €1,200 for 4 weeks)
12-Week Maternity Engagement
Flat fee of €3,600
Travel or Short-Term Nannies
€300 per week (1-2 week bookings)
Over 2 weeks are charged at a minimum of €1,200/4 weeks
Additional days are invoiced at €50 per day
Reduced-Hours Roles (<20 hours/ week)
20% of the candidates agreed gross annual salary
