Before becoming a specialist in high-calibre nanny, maternity nurses and household staff placements, I spent 18 years working as a dedicated career nanny for families across London, Dubai, Munich and beyond. My very first role was caring for a baby and a curious 4-year-old and it only took one magical moment involving “sea monkeys” in a dark bathroom for me to realize that this work was my true purpose.
Those years gifted me hundreds of beautiful memories, from being the one chosen to help say goodbye to a pacifier, placing her little shoes next to mine because “she loves me so much” to receiving heartfelt notes from children who called me “the best nanny in the world.” Many of those bonds still continue today, long after the children have grown.
These lifelong relationships taught me something profound: Exceptional childcare is built on trust, connection, and genuine love.
A dual perspective families can rely on
Alongside my nanny career, I trained as a baby sleep and child development consultant, founding Your Baby’s Rhythm to support parents through newborn challenges, sleepless nights, and big developmental transitions.
