Our Agency Fees
At Felicity Nannies & Signature Placements, our agency fees are designed to be transparent, fair, and reflective of the care, expertise, and safeguarding we invest in every placement. From the moment you register with us, we dedicate time to understanding your household’s needs, carefully sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates, and conducting thorough background and reference checks. We also support both families and candidates throughout the process, offering guidance on interviews, contracts, and employment arrangements. Our flexible working approach allows us to accommodate family schedules while ensuring each placement is managed with precision, discretion, and long-term success in mind.
Safeguarding & Placement Fees
Felicity Nannies & Signature Placements offers clear and professional pricing tailored to each family’s individual needs. Fees vary depending on the type of role and required working hours. The final placement fee is due upon contract signature or the candidate’s agreed start date, whichever occurs first.
To begin a search with Felicity Nannies & Signature Placements, an initial safeguarding fee of €250 is payable upfront upon signing our Terms & Conditions. This fee enables us to commence the search process and is fully deducted from the final placement fee once a successful placement is confirmed. Returning families may benefit from a reduced safeguarding fee as part of our client loyalty programme.

Permanent Placements
Agency fee is 17% of the Candidates gross annual salary
This applies to all permanent roles of over 20 hours per week, whether live-in or live-out, and across all candidate profiles. The candidate is employed directly by the family under a long-term employment arrangement.
Temporary, Travel & Maternity Nurse Placements
Temporary, travel, and maternity nurse placements are charged at:
€300 per week (per full week)
For placements exceeding full weeks (for example, 3 weeks and 3 days):
Additional days are invoiced at €50 per day
Reduced-Hour Roles (Under 20 Hours per Week)
For part-time roles of fewer than 20 hours per week, our placement fee is:
20% of the candidate’s gross annual salary
