Additional considerations

· We act solely as an introduction agency – the employment relationship is directly between the family and the candidate.

· All salary figures listed are gross estimates and intended to support your budget planning.

· As the employer, you are responsible for managing taxes, payroll, and insurance. We recommend our partner quitt. for payroll support when employing household staff (see our Partner Page and use code FelicityNannies25).

· In Germany, employers should budget an additional ~20–23% on top of the nanny’s gross salary to cover statutory employment costs such as social security, health insurance, pension, and unemployment contributions.

In practice, this means the total employer cost will be higher than the gross salary alone. Please ensure you account for these mandatory contributions when planning your childcare budget.
