d) Reference verification

For quality assurance, we may request reference letters or employment confirmations. These documents can contain personal data of third parties. 6. Data Transfers to Third Countries

When services outside the EU/EEA are used (e.g. WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Enginehire), data may be transferred to third countries. Such transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions under Art. 46 GDPR to ensure appropriate protection.
